I never had any problems with the staff, parking or rent. The problems were with the poor construction of the building I was in. There was this awful noise in the wall that my parents say were the pipes. This started about a month after we moved in and was never fixed, after telling the office several times. It would wake me up in the middle of the night and even turning the TV up wouldn't drown it out.

We could hear the people in both of the units above us. Every step they took, every time the had sex, every time they let the dog out, every door open and close. My roommate was even waken up several times to people yelling outside her window. The courtesy officer was called and never came.

Pros: Well insulated from heat...even during the summer months of 100 degree heat, we hardly had to run the A/C and our electric bill was low.
Laundry room was clean, no problems with mail, pools were beautiful, people were nice. I liked the split-bedroom layout. I could even park my brand new car under the covered parking if there was a storm coming (unassigned). The fitness room was ok. Location was pretty good for what we needed.

BUT: All of the pros do not make up for the small, cramped apartment with no storage, TINY kitchen and loud noises in the walls that would keep me up at all hours of the night.

This apartment is not worth losing sleep over.
