I have lived in this apartment complex for 4 years. Overall it is a pretty good place to live. There was change in management during my first 6 months here, but the transition was smooth and barely noticeable. Maintenance is EXCELLENT -- any service requests are done within 48 hours. (Pest control is done routinely, and the routine maintenace is performed as well) The grounds are well kept (with the exception of those who let their dogs crap everywhere and don't pick-up behind them). The location is excellent as well. The office staff is always nice and friendly and have always responded quickly to any concerns I have had. The property is currently undergoing exterior renovations. There has been some vehicle break-ins, however motion lights were installed almost immediately following the most recent events.

The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the carpet in my apartment was old, stained and worn and they would not replace it. (Hopefully this will be corrected once I move out)

CONS: The only thing I can think of is the rent will increase everytime your lease expires and you will be penalized heavily should you need to go to a month-to month lease (regardless of the reason).
