Great choice in Lubbock

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
My husband and I lived there for a year while attending Tech. The apartment was well laid out and nicely priced. Maintenance was prompt, and the complex stayed mostly clean. The atmosphere of the complex was nice. Electric bills were also pretty low. No real complaints except for the mud that would build up in the parking lot and around the mailboxes after a rain. I busted it several times.
