The apartment was dirty when we moved in. The carpet was stained, the paint on the walls was old. There were cobwebs in the corners and a large dead spider attached to the ceiling. We have had to request pest extermination every month. The lack of ceiling fans makes our apartment unbearably hot and miserable. Our neighbor(s) are chain smokers making our apartment reek of smoke odor.

Don't be fooled by how these apartments look on the outside! As soon as our lease is up we are gone. We will leave our apartment much cleaner than it was prepared for us!

Sounds just like my experience. I would never recommend Hunter's Way to anyone. It looks so nice on the outside, but especially on the North side, the buildings are definately not worth the rent I was charged.
