Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Lived there 2 months. Repeatedly asked maintainence to repair leaking roof; never done. Had to break lease because of personal reasons. Was told, that my apt would be rented first so that nothing negative would show on the breaking of the lease. Did that happen' No. They sent me to collections for the balance of the lease, $2500.00!!! As a result, this is now on my credit report and i can no longer rent an apartment anywhere.
