Husband and I have lived here for just a little while.
Had a problem with the A/C and maintenance had it repaired within one hour.
The pool is clean and open all the time and the office staff, Genevieve and Mindy ROCK.
I'm not sure about the others who reviewed this place but this current management company is GREAT!
Tenant pays water, electric, and gas. We do NOT pay for trash. Yards and Lawns are well maintained and they are updating (putting in new) fences right now.
Neighbors are quiet - or the walls are well insulated or both!
They do not have a security deposit, they have an admin fee which is REASONABLE and non-refundable. Their pet fee is very reasonable at $225 and non-refundable - also they have $15/month pet rent.
Covered parking places (2 per home) are included in rent.
There is ample guest parking.
The cable jack is in an odd place in the El Palacio floorplan but its workable.
Appliances could be updated but they work well and that's the most important thing!
