Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The maintenance was quick to respond but it took the roofers several different trips to get it right. Also, the labor was cheap - my cement patio became covered with tar. Beware of places with flat roofs. Also the fencing was horrible. They hired someone to paint over the chipped paint instead of removing the paint. Appliances were out dated.
