Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I only moved here cause i only had a week to find a place and took these. they always have vacancies if that tells you anything. The complex is not that bad looking and it is close to tech but the apartments are too expensive for the size. the walls are paper thin and can hear conversations, drawers opening etc. If you live downstairs the noise level incrases a bundle. Forget about studying in your room. Apartments do come with some funiture. Shelves, drawers, and a desk and you do get bills paid except water. Management is not very helpful and will try to screw you when they get a chance. Maitenance is pretty good though. The area around the complex is pretty run down and there is always people going through the dumpsters and is has a flooding problem even by lubbock standards. Its one of the better complexes in the area but that is saying very little considering the competition. There are way better values around lubbock. Make sure you do your homework before committing.Bad complexes far outnumber good ones in this town. This place is not a complete dump but is below average in every aspect.
