I lived in the studio apartments last year. That was my favorite apartment ever. It was so quiet, occasionally I would hear sirens that were headed to the hospital nearby and that is all I ever heard. My utilities were very reasonable. The managment left goodie baskets for Christmas. (Snacks just in time for finals!!) We also were left bags of goodies on Valentines day. This is the only complex I have lived at where it felt like they cared about their residents. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
