Though somewhat on the small side (750 sq. ft.) for what we were paying for a 2-bedroom (600), I found Bear Creek to be a lovely apartment complex. The manager was always extremely friendly and helpful and the maintence was fairly speedy. We only moved to have more space (moved to St. Francis Village, two blocks away and owned by the same property manager).
