I have lived in the studio apartments now for almost 2 years and have liked every minute of it. It's a small complex with about 12 units that all face each other.. so it feels very safe. The apartments are quiet almost all of the time. No one bothers anyone and pretty much keep to themselves. The price is reasonable for what you get. Also, you are allowed to have pets! The bad side to these are ... they are fairly small, older and not much storage space. No washer/dryer connections and instead of central air ( you have a window unit upstairs and downstairs). Which can get expensive if you leave them running 24/7. The management is wonderful and usually on top of anything and everything. The neighboorhood is nice, no crime besides some car break ins. Just don't leave anything of value in your car and it will be fine. That really goes for anywhere you live or park. I would highly recommend moving here if you are a tech student looking for a cute 2 story apt. close to the University.
