I lived at LBK Lakeway for 2.5 years. When I first moved in the apartment hadn't been cleaned, so they gave us some money off of our first months rent. Anything we needed repaired was always fixed. When I moved out however, they tried to charge me $600 and accuse me of having a pet in my apartment because they found pet urine in the carpet. Well I fought to the end of that and ended up getting all of my deposit back but a general cleaning fee, but it took a long time and a lot of convincing to get the money back. The apartment itself was in bad need of remodeling, but I think some of the others had been remodeled.
