Some issues with tenants. Loud music at times, I had to call and complain 3 times. Maintenance staff is nice but the office staff needs improvement. There was a major roach problem when I moved in and they sprayed many times. I finally had to correct the issue with store bought products. This is the downfall of wood floors. There was also an issue with the pet deposit. I would not recommend. It is too expensive for Lubbock and the issues I encountered.
