I did not know, when I moved in that this place was a low income housing area. The tenants here are nothing but trash. It is a sad place to live and I would not recommend anyone move in here unless you want your things stolen and your car broken into. It is one of the worst areas of Lubbock next to the east side. If you want to throw your money away and live with trash; go for it.
