we lived here for two years and our car was broken in twice. all tenants on our side had there car broken at least once. the courtesy patrol was no where in sight. cd players and even car insurance were stolen and staff did nothing. apartment staff is rude if you ask them to fix things and even left notice for non pay rent when we paid on time. they claimed it was accidental but we have to record ourselves paying the rent. there were roaches when we moved to a bigger apartment in the same complex it took three months to get rid of it by outselves because staff was not helping. overall hated the place!
