Hi. I have happily lived here for over 3 years now. The apartment itself, the maintenence and onsite manager have all been great. There have been some issues in the parking lots with break-ins (luckly we have not been victim), but of all my years in Lubbock apartments it is the best. In the recent weeks, there has been a new appearance in the office. A new young lady has been "handling" more and more of the apartment issues with an air of arrogance, right and priveledge. She is very very young ( only -- I recently found out), short with tenents, has no empathy and seems to not really care about any of the issues going on in the complex. Myself and about 7 other tenents whose kids play together have been talking lately about how upset we are with her unprofessionalism and attitudes. 2 of us are already looking for other places to live solely due to her. She acts like her word is THE word and like a priveleged brat basically. Ironically, we found out today why. Her DADDY and MOMMY are the true owners of the property. So basically why I am writing this bad review instead of a good one is because of her. She OBVIOUSLY isn't going to go anywhere soon because if her mom is willing to get rid of or let the current manager -------- go to let their brat come in and run things, they truely don't care what goes on here or that their tenents do not like the new change. Things can only get worse here. My suggestion is find an apartment where little girls are not left to run the place. Let me say that the apartment itself is nice and the maintence crew are great!
