I lived in Meridian for 2 years. I didn't have any problems with my neighbors. Everyone that lived there was very respectful of the quiet community. The management is incredible. Any time I had a problem, someone was out to fix it within 24 hours although the work was often done that day. They also updated my kitchen knobs and gave me a new shower head just because I asked when nothing was technically wrong with them. When I was out of town for summer break, the management also kept an eye on the apartment. There was no break in or car theft as far as I know. I was able to bring my cat with me because they do allow pets. Several people had dogs, but I do not know the specifics on dogs in the pet policy. I received my entire deposit back and wish I was still living in Lubbock so that I could continue to live there!
