These are not only the worst apartments in Lubbock, they are the worst anywhere! They are outdated and falling apart. The rent is too much for what you get. Not to mention the towing problem. Even if you live there, your car WILL BE towed. The woman in the office is an extremely rude person, hard to deal with!
