The staff is never in the office and the answering service is rude. If you do get the office staff, Charity has no idea what is going on and she could care less about any of the tenants because she is consumed with her three jobs and will let you know it. I have had to call three or more times to get things fixed in my apartment and they still don't work! I was told when I moved in I had new carpet, but funny how it had several stains and worn places. There is so much noise, I don't ever get any sleep. There are kids screaming, horns honking, and dogs barking up till 5 and 6 in the morning. I have bugs, there is always trash that finds its way on my porch, and I pay way too much in rent for what I am living in. There are much better places to rent from, and don't believe the initial friendliness of the staff. As soon as my lease is up, I am moving out! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
