I have lived here for 2 years and I have absolutely loved it. It is very close to campus and it only takes me 7 minutes at the most to get to Tech. The office staff is great and anytime I have a work order they are always on top of things. They are really nice and eager to help with anything I need. I was in the office the other day, and I saw that one of the maintenance guys got maintenance tech of the year out of all the apartment complexes in Lubbock. Anyone who has complaints about living here has got to be an absolute idiot because this is by far the best place to live in Lubbock. Anyone who has been supposively broken into probably brought it upon themselves by leaving their valuable stuff in the car and that is their own fault not the people in the office. They aren't responsible for other people's stupidity. I would recommend it to anyone who asked.
