have lived for over a year and love my apt yes there has been some changes but if you have even a little education you should know that this is a business, the new staff is very polite and professional ,maintenance has taking care of all my small problems in a timely fashion, yes somethings have because the are 230 apts here.. i will renew since it so close to my classes ..and the hospital....

Well maybe they wouldnt charge you if you cleaned and kept up with your apartment,every apartment that I have lived at when i moved i cleaned and left my apartment the way it was when i moved in and i didnt get charged anything,so keep up with your apartment and you shouldnt have a problem thats why its called RENTING an Apartment.
