I have been a resident here for almost 2 years and I am very happy that the management changed, the old management was very careless and when i would get a package it would be there for months and then one day i went in the office to pay rent and one of the girls told me "Oh Yeah You have a package here" it was dated two months old!!!! And one time my mom sent me flowers and by the time they called to tell me they were in the office they were already dead, But the new management actually makes an effort to call the residents to let them know we have packages, I know its not their responsibility, its the UPS or Fed Ex's job but most of the time they dont even come to my door, they go straight to the office, so its very considerate of them to call me and tell me I have a package.I am very happy with the changes and the new remodeling that is being done on the property, I would recommend anyone to live here as a matter of fact i already have 3 of my really good friends living here a couple of buidings away from me.

So an employee posting as a resident? Talk about stooping to a new low! Another classy move by Meridian Park! Maybe you guys can grow up an be a real apartment complex someday.

Sounds like yall cry babies need to grow up and if you think you are mature enough to try and handle managing apartments on yalls own then you should try getting a job at one, but then again im sure you dont have a job since you have the free time to look up e-mails and complain on a web site, this website is so overrated, it just gives you immature unhappy people a chance to complain because you dont have your mommy and daddy taking care of your own problems, so you should try and grow up and wake up and see the real world, and sounds like piemat has something up his pie hole and needs to get a life.

For your information, I do live here at Meridian Park and have for a while, just because I work here doesn't mean I can't live here. I probably replaced the lady who pointed to your package. I didn't lie or change my name because I DO live here. No they didn't pay me to post this I did it on my own. I noticed you logged in under anonymous but if you want to come into the office and discuss any problems you have with Meridian Park we do want to take care of them and we don't want unhappy residents. We really are concerned about some of the previous postings and we do care about the residents. Please give us a chance to make you a happy resident.

The comments about myself on this board are so overly based on assumptions, that I really have nothing to say about them. I'm sorry I exploited you, but you should know that when you signed up to write a review you agreed to not being an employee. I was strictly trying to make the point that Meridian Park needs work. In any business endeavor you need to be polite and professional, regardless of your affiliation with the business. You need not be greedy, however that is what happens when businesses are no longer privately owned. I no longer live at meridian park and will no longer be posting here concerning Meridian Park.

I would have to disagree about the new management letting you know about packages. They do not let you know about anything. I am never alerted of new packages. Thankfully the only packages I ever get are ones I am expecting so I know to go in to check for them. The management team also does not let you know if there is a balance on your account. I had a balance on my account of a few dollars that I had no idea about... They ended up tacking late fees on to it which racked up to $80 before I found out. The only way I found out about the balance was because Donna (the manager) called me one day and left me a very rude voicemail. She was threatening to take me to court because she did not receive my rent. I had went in almost a month prior to this and gave them a money order. They supposedly "misplaced it"... Once they found it, they didn't even apologize... And when I asked them why they didn't tell me I had a balance... they didn't answer. They were just letting late fees rack up on it. Very unethical if you ask me. And it wasn't even a large balance, it was a very small one... At least send me a letter... or call me and let me know... I have very good renters history do not want to ruin that.
