Let me break it down to you...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
When we first moved in, things had not been sufficiently cleaned. The dry bar and the bathroom and kitchen counters had stains on them. There had been left in one of the bathroom cabinets some kid's clothing. The dishwasher had MOLD growing in it, which disgusted me so that I could never use it.
The bathroom tub was of shoddy plastic construction held together by ample amounts of caulk - which wasn't even enough to keep it from falling apart because ants started coming in from inside the walls where the caulk had cracked. God knows how they got there. In addition to that, roaches came up from the sink. We moved there a little less than a year ago and I think in that time, they only sprayed about 4 times if even that much. I keep waiting for the extermination notices, but they never seem to come. I spoke to another girl that moved out because of the roach problem.
Within 3 months of moving in, my car got broken into. Don't let the quiet residential neighborhood deceive you! People's vehicles get broken into and vandalized quite often. It's a regular occurence. We left our moving van out in front of our apartment unattended for, oh, about 45 minutes and it got tagged with grafitti. That was during the day.
I know this sounds like a regular b**ch fest, but hey, I have good things to say too. The electricity and water bills are more than reasonable. The apartment stuctures seem kind of old but are built pretty well, with the exception of the bathtub. The vertical blinds could use replacing, though. The upstairs floors aren't too noisy. We barely ever hear the upstairs neighbor moving around. Our neighbors are friendly and just wonderful! They're also very quiet, which is a plus.
The pool is clean. The landscaping is nice too and the maintenance is courteous. No college kids, no trash. But for the apartments in the back, you won't be able to take advantage of the landscaping because you'll be facing the parking lot. At least you can keep an eye on your car.
Would I recommend this place' No, not in good conscience. At least not to a friend. I had a terrible experience with the management and in my oppinion they are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.
