I lived here with two other female roommates in a three-bedroom apt. We lived here for 2 years and enjoyed our stay. The manager, Marsha, is a great lady and is helpful and very motherly to the residents. The apartments are very big, with huge porches and outdoor storage closets. We had minimal maintainance issues which were always resolved timely - they seemed happy to help. The place is generally quiet and in a great location - near Walmart, United, accross from a middle school where you can play tennis or walk. The construction of the buildings leave something to be desired, but at $235 each in a 3-bdrm, you get a lot of space and a crooked wall here or there doesnt matter as much. I felt safe here and would recommend living here.
