I have lived here for awhile now, and this is the best place I have rented yet. The management team is very nice, and the manager is always willing to talk to you, I think another review put it best...very motherly. Work orders are done the same day, and the apartments are very well kept up with. The people there are very friendly. The only thing I would like changed is the laundry room...it really needs to be expanded to accomdate more tenants. Other than that...if you are renting in Lubbock, this is the place to rent at.
