Horrible management, sketchy neighborhood, poor constrution

This apartment seemed perfect from other reviews, unfortunately I have had a totally different experience. The manager Marsha is somewhat superficial to her residents, meaning she is pleasant upon signing the lease, but if a problem arises, she is discourteous and unprofessional. The construction is subpar; you can her EVERYTHING your neighbors do. (i.e. Sex, music, parties, ect.)The appliances are old, and my apartment has an unpleasant odor to it that I can not seem to get rid of. The neighborhood is somewhat sketchy, I often feel unsafe living here, and I will definitely move out at the end of my lease.

I have personally lived at Peppertree. Any problem (which were few and far between) was resolved in a very timely manner. As far as noise, yes, it is an apartment, but it was always within normal limits. Also, as far as the manager, she is not superficial in any sense of the word. She has always been pleasant to be around, and very helpful.

The manager is one of the best managers I've had. She's not in the least two faced. She can get mean, when the time calls for it, just like everybody in the world. So mabye it was you who had the problems and didn't like someone telling you how it is? I don't know if you've ever lived in an apartment before because if you had, you'd know that noise is somehting you will always have to deal with, it's an apartment. And the neighborhood is better than most. The complex actually has a police officer that lives here and is basically 24/7 security.
