Lovely apartment BUT....

I loved everything about the apartment moving in. Marsha is very friendly and the apartment layout is awesome. I have had no issues with my neighbors or with overall environment. My issue is with the lack of hot water. Since living at this complex my husband and I have been without hot water on atleast 10 different occasions. When the water is working it takes FOREVER to warm up. When maintenance is working on the water heaters or any other plumbing they fail to advise you that they have shut the hot water off. When you call to get updates on the issue Marsha is friendly and professional about it but the answering service they use are very rude. This issue alone frustrates me enough to want want to move out and pay reletting fee.

I just wanted to add to this that over the past year or so that I have been living at this property the management has been taking huge strides in dealing with the water issue. They have begun to be proactive and replace lines all over the property so that residents dont have to deal with the water shut offs. The staff in the office has always been friendly, and while I dont know about the answering service, I know that they truly seem to care when there is a problem!
