My husband and I lived here for 2 years. Marsha was one of the most caring, friendly, motherly like apartment managers we have ever had. We started in a 3 bedroom apartment and transfered to a 2bedroom 1 and1/3bath. The staff was more than helpful in allowing us to downsize our apartment and not be penalized. Marsha helped us through this situation which was a very difficult time for us. We rarely had maintence issues and when we did they were always quick to respond, courteous, and very nice gentlemen. We were always greeted with a smile and felt like Peppertree was our home. While we were living there many upgrades were added to the apartment and Marsha always made sure we had the new fixtures, countertops, etc.We did experience the water being turned off for emergency problems without being notified ahead of time. But emergencies don't always give you opprotunity to notify immediately. We used the laundry facility often and rarely had to wait to wash or dry clothes, and it was always clean. There was not a pool when we lived there it was a garden of some sort, they also had very nice landscaping. A couple of times the bushes would over grow the side walk but when we notified the management they were quick to fix the problem. We had a neighbor that played in the lubbock symphony so we could hear her practice her instrument, but overall we had great quiet neighbors. We always had a parking spot right in front of our apartment and everything is very well lit. This made moving in and out very easy. Overall great place to live. We moved to add a dog and now two to our family.

I absolutley agree about the manager! She's a doll and made my transition from my home in Houston to here so much easier than it could have been. And I haven't faced a problem yet that didn't take more than a day or two at the most, to fix. I also happen to have a Lubbock Symphomy member next to me who plays the cello,(I actually try to be home when he's practicing so I can listen in) it feels like I get my personal concert everyday! All-in-all I love this place and I'll be sad to go once I graduate!
