These apartments aren't bad if your a little low on money and need a decent place to stay, I had seen these before when a friend lived there and never really saw a problem with them, I guess the only thing would be the location its close to lowery field wich sometimes has alot of activity but its still pretty safe, of course compared to all the other places in lubbock this might not seem to grand, but the one bedrooms are good for the first time renter, and most people dont know about it because its not advertised to much but I guess but I still think its good for the money.
