Firstly, the location is a two edge sword: Great location, by the mall, by some fast food places and a park. However, the walls are so thin that you hear everything. Not to mention the provided blinds don't usually work. Secondly, it has a huge maintenance problem: from bust shower heads to ant problems year round. You can hardly get someone out there to fix a problem. Lastly, mangerial issues. They won't give you a copy of your lease (by law they have to), they raise your rent without proper legal notification and find fraudulent issues to cheat you out of getting your deposit back. They're also never in their office during their stated hours.

Do NOT rent this place.

They totally never give out copies of the lease, are you joking? This woman has been fired multiple times for fraud and stealing, you're off your rocker.

Who in their right mind would ignore a tenant's experience after a whole year of dealing with scumbags??? Reevaluate your business ethics and do the right thing!!!

They do in fact give out copies of the lease, if not they you can ask for one and they will make a copy for you. This is a good property and my home, i am insulted that you think its filled with scumbags, i'm sorry you had a bad experience here but its the pick of the litter, some people love it others...not so much..thats anywhere, be respectful of yourself and just get on with your life.
