When I first moved in to this Apt. they said it was newly remolded meaning we had new carpet and flooring in the rooms and kitchen. When we moved in we found so many problems there was a huge moldy hole under our sink, the shower head was cracked and leaked, there was no smoke alarm, one of the windows in our living room would not lock, both of the doors in to the tub room the hinges where rusted and the doors were off meaning that they would not close, and moving them was breaking the frame, and the ant infestation! And for all this we get to pay more then everyone else with the old carpet and tile floor!
More importantly for me the new manager that took over the apt. in September is the rudest individual I have ever met. There have been many times when I have walked into the office and she has been yelling on the phone or in person to other residents. She is very belittling and has the mentality of she is always right and has even accused me of lying to my face. She is unwilling to work with anyone. I have been late on my rent once and by one day, explained my situation and apologized for it. I have now lived there a yr. I just fill that if I am paying someone and being a good tenant I should get respect and be treated well from the people I am paying.
In addition to my run in with ------- there was confusion on and issue with my roommates pet deposit, when my roommate and her mother went to go speak with her and let her now that it had been paid before we had even moved in, my roommates mother left in tears because of the way she was treated, the manager yelled at her and accused her of lying after about 10 mins of looking in the records, it was found my roommate had paid the pet deposit and there wasn t even an apology made. We have had the worst experience here and I will never recommend some to live here as long as she is still the manager. I also know there are many others in my apt who fill the same way, some have already moved out because of this type of treatment.
O and if you dont live on the 3rd floor and the people above you weigh more than 90 lbs you will hear every move they make, every conversation they have...sometimes you will fear for your life that they will drop in on you at any moment!
Not to metion doing laundry in this place is a nighmare there are 2 washers and 2 dryers for 24 apartments...so good luck working that out!

Personally, my thoughts on this rating is it is complete poppycock. everyone knows that management of any apartment is professional and nice...how else do they rent out apartments so quickly? the only people that think they are otherwise are the ones that are given what they deserve. people who dont read their leases, dont' abide by community rules, etc are the ones who think management are heinous. i think you should put your big kid panties on and deal with it. welcome to life you child. keep your mommy out of your problems, old enough to live on own? old enough to deal with your own problems. if not ...move back home with mommy and daddy....so no one cries any longer.

Poppycock??Who talks like that??They rent out apartments because they take advantage of people in bad situations and they're wolves in sheep's clothing.People don't deserve bad treatment at anytime dealing with a "Business Professional".For you to justify such treatment of residents is immoral and you are right people will be given what they deserve.

Wow. after reading the review, and the two responses, i must say i agree with you both. People should never be given "bad" treatment in the professional world. HOWEVER, by signing a lease contract, that is a legal binding document. You should have the common sense enough to know what you are signing, and for how long, etc. Also, i too believe when you have spread your Blessed wings and sprouted out on your own, it's time to stand up for yourself. if you believe you are being treated unfairly, then do something about it yourself. If you do not respect yourself enough to do so, then why should anyone else respect you. you don't deserve it. the manager was probably just doing his/her job, and getting frustrated due to the mother not understanding, and doing what all mothers do when the time is not right. MEDLING. If you have moved out, what do you gain by anonymously rediculing the staff. This just proves the first responder's point of your adolescence. Man up and confront in person if you really want results. Grow up. Best medicine in the world for a injured pride.
-Entertained by your whining.

Wow looking at this you can tell the managers are the ones who responded to this posting. I have lived there and I agree the lady in the office seems really nice when you put your john-hancock on a lease, but after that is when her horns came out.
