Okay, wow and the reviews keep getting more petty everytime i read them. First of all, all of you who are bashing management here at Riverstone Park Apartments: Some may be justified in being upset and writing a negative review. BUT. . . that does not give you the right to take a personal attack on and give out identities of certain individuals who are employed here directly or indirectly. Second, i personally have met the courtesy officer and he is in fact the exact opposite of corrupt. The only time he is called out is if the staff have a situation they feel in danger or cannot handle alone. So, if he has confronted you- then you should be ashamed. OH, yes.....let's talk about how terrible management is. If you were in fact treated so harshly, why are you here. I have come into contact with the staff and we have had some disagreements, and they remained professional throughout the ordeal and resolved my issues. Anyone can have a dissagreement with someone, it takes no special talent to do that or to smear someone's name for personal gain. All i've heard are the bad things, what about the good things' Every 1st weekend of the month they have free donuts, coffee, and juice. They so far this year have had a valentine's day party, summer barbeque, and halloween party of which they paid for. Residents did not pay one red cent. Now, why would a "lunatic" as you so delicately put it give a damn enough to do that for her residents and take time out of her life that she is NOT getting paid for to do something like that' Beats me. you're right....how terrible to have such an outgoing sweet and thoughtful management team. If you think they are so terrible, what does your responses and review say about you' All you are doing is belittling and insulting those people. Have some respect for them, and yourself and try next time not too look like such an imbecile. My advice to you all'- Spend less time on bashing the hard working "human" team at Riverstone Park Apartments, and put forth the energy that it takes to do so towards finding a new home that could possibly accomodate you better.

I agree. People make mistakes, it's human nature, just like ur title to your review. But ridiculing them does not make matters better. I have not had a problem with management, but then of course i have never been late, never recieved a lease violation, paid all pet fees and deposits, so really there's no reason that they should have a problem with me or visa versa. I think that management only has "tiffs" with people when those residents are not holding up to their end of the bargain or asking for something that just simply cannot happen. If you have already moved out, then move on, this is only draggin out useless drama that no one needs or wants. I wish you all luck in the next renting experience!
