Cars not safe!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
I moved in with a friend during the summer of '02, and before I had moved in, my friend's car was broken into and took everything that spring, then while i lived there, my car was broken into twice in one week! Their "security guard" sure does a good job. (hint hint) They also screwed us on returing our deposit claiming things that were wrong with the apartment were our fault, when they were there when we moved in.
