I have have lived in many different apartments in many different places. I have NEVER EVER lived in a place quite like this. I have lived here for 6 months and things seemed good in the beginning, it only took a week for maintence to come unclog my kitchen sink, it took 4 days for them to fix my A/C. The walls are paper thin and my neighbor loves to play base at all hours of the morning. The trash digger is a usual sight, digging for cans in all the trash cans. The grounds are constantly covered in trash. The security lights outside all the apartments never work. The pool is closed due to maintence, however they have not made it a point to fix it. While they advertise 24 hour maintence, beware not to call, for when the maintence man finally arrives he will be rude and pissy towards you because your toloit has overflowed when he is supposed to be off. And turning the water off to your toilet will not work, because the knob does not turn. So remember that when Your toilet over flows and floods your bathroom three nights in a row, to just call a plumber and deduct it from your rent. All of these are minor problems anyone could live with, however it is unjust and unfair to pay rent on an apartment when you go one month with NO HOT WATER. The office claims they have been fixing it, but really they have sat on their booties and done nothing about it. The complex will argue that they are not at defualt and that you must complete your lease agreement because they are trying to fix it, but it does not say in the agreement they will try it says that it will be fixed or remedied and for a month neither have occured. While the apartment looks cute it is not worth the headache and pain and agoney this property has put me and other tenents through.
