We are currently living here and have pretty much hated it from day 1. The office staff is terrible, the maintenance is slow, and we get others trash on our patio (thrown over the tall fence). You get a constant smell of smoke in your apartment, even if you don't, and no one cares. This has been the worst place I have lived health-wise as well. Severe asthma and smoke filled apartment makes for a terrible living condition. Spend the extra and move somewhere else. My lease can not be up fast enough.
