I actually love my apartment. i am in a one bdrm, 1 bth. it is spacious with 2 large walk-in closets(some plans have a study nook instead of one of the closets). all apts have w/d included and a flat-top stove. i think it is one of the 2 really nice apts in Lubbock (dominion the other but more pricey). Joy the manager and other office staff are helpful. there is a gym and pool and business center. internet and cable are included. maintenance usually fixes things right away tho sometimes they have to come back again. my two annoyances with the apartment are that there is not enough covered parking (not in front of every bldg, garages are extra) and there are crazy aggressive stray cats everywhere, (i am not a cat fan and people feed them and they just stay). also there is a power center right nxt door, hasn't bothered me tho. i have to say this a new complex. i was the first person to live in my apartment when i moved in 2 years ago and i am really sad i am leaving lubbock. this place a good deal compared to where i am going. oh the place is really quiet, tho more undergrads now and a little noisier. walls are pretty solid, tho i had to complain about my neighbor for one week when she went crazy and made a ruckus. oh and its gated.
