I am really pleased with my 1 bd, 1 bath. Very nice management, quick service staff. Love the kitchen and the spacious 2 closets in the bedroom. The price is high, but not really when you consider free ethernet, free basic cable, and washer&dryer included in every apt. By far the best apartments in Lubbock. Very sad to have to leave.

only two complaints are the high deposits ($200/person and $500 for pets) and that when it snows or ices the walkways are slippery slopes of death because they dont salt or shovel.
