This has been the best apartment I have ever lived in. It starts with an amazing management. The girls at the front ALWAYS greet me by first name and really care. They are nice, and considerate and are very understanding. The grounds are always immaculate, and clean. Very few problems with my apartment, my garbage disposal was out, and the next day was repaired. One of the few apartments in Lubbock with washer and dryer in unit, huge help. Small things like spraying for insects, changing filters were always done. I'm sad to be leaving to amarillo in a few days! I wish I could take this apartment with me. My only qualm was a noisy neighbor, not to much can be done about that though
