I decided to live at Springfield after conducting a thorough search of the market in Lubbock and ended up living there almost a year. It was a great choice.

Prices are on the high end for Lubbock, but not really bad at all especially after you factor in the expanded cable service that is "free" with the rent. Besides, if it's true that you get what you pay for, you will get the best "bang for the buck" at Springfield.

Besides the units being nice, they are actually built with extra-insulation for quiet--not quite to so-called condo specs, but still very quiet for an apartment complex. Most residents are grad students and professionals so most of your neighbors are going to be very quiet in the first place. But if there ever is a noise issue, the apartment manager, Joy, will get on top of it and get it resolved in a hurry.

I must say that of all the apartment complexes I have ever lived in, there has never been a more efficient management team. Joy, who has been there since the property opened, is top-notch. She takes great pride in her complex and in the level of customer service her staff provides.

If you find yourself "stuck" with having to live in Lubbock, make the most of it by living at Springfield. You will NOT regret it.
