Fair-not worth it

The staff is dishonest, but act nice. Try to screw you over anyway that they can. Keep your desposit whether there is damage or not as "cleaning fee." The walls are painted in randoms spots and the carpet and furniture are gross but your $300 deposit goes to "painting and cleaning" they won't tell you this when you move in. Slow half ass repairs. Loud rude neighbors. Way over priced.
