what a nightmare

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
This past year has been the longest year of my life. My wonderful Track Lighting over my table (that is attached crudely to the wall) has not worked the whole year I've lived here. The floor in my kitchen came up and hasn't been fixed since the first month I lived here due to a leak in my fridge that took over a month to fix. Broken Air Condition took a week for them to come fix it and my dryer has been fixed twice. On top of all this, they "roommate matched" me with a 27 year old McDonald's employee with a three year old and a punk metal band. I was never even notified I was GETTING a roommate!
