Add about 100 dollars to your monthly rent, to prepare you for your charges at the end of the year. They charge everyone for everything. The owner drive a brand new 07 Pickup and smokes a carton a day. I guess you gotta pay for that stuff somehow. Our carpet wasnt bad at all and they charged us all 1800$ total. Complete --------. I also payed more than my roomates all year for my rent. That helped me to sleep at night. :) If I could just go back in time and rip that lease into 1000 pieces I think I could cry a tear of joy. Have some respect for yourself and go somewhere else.
