Besides having a 12 month lease that last for only 11 months before you have to move, the staff will treat you like you moved into to a dorm at the University and more that often enjoy looking around your apartment.U can hear the manager cough up smoke from the other side of parking lot on a daily basis. Its probably well known to the staff that the books there are cooked up and Who knows where the $100 "no hassle" claenign fee goes. The brochure insist that it is a gated apartment(NOT TRUE) and since there have numerous vehicles broken into. Also the manager at the desk has earned the nick name El Diablo. By the way , strangely only a few people have to put down a deposit.
