Every college apartment complex is going to have it's problems. This is my second year to live in the apartments and we're surviving. yes, we have had problems with maintainence, but things finally got fixed. we had locks on our front door that did not work and did not get fixed until the complex put new locks on the entire complex at renewal time. i did have office workers in and out of my apartment way too often and we did get charged cleaning fee even after the roomate who moved out cleaned the entire apt top to bottom. so like i said of course there are going to be problems but the apartment we are in has surprisingly been pretty quite and a decent place to live in. you have to keep in mind that you are only paying $360 for a four bedroom four bath apartment with a washer and a dryer, a dishwasher, microwater, and complete living room and bedroom furniture. that's pretty freaking cheap so obviously it's not top of the line. so i wouldn't necessarily reccomend this place if you can afford something better, but if you can't then you'll be alright. just make sure you are really detailed when you do your move in walk thru evalution that way they have proof of what was already there before you moved in.
