This is the most horrible, trashiest and unsafe place I have ever lived. There are constantly people awake all hours of the night getting drunk, doing drugs, being loud, and who knows what else. And if you have a noise complaint, or any kind of problem, you might as well forget about it getting taken care of. The managers, Tammy and Xavier, as well as the other employees are the most unprofessional and uneducated people I have ever met, and don't care about their resident's concerns or safety, they only care about getting thier rent check in the mail each month. This is supposed to be a "college apartment" yet I see children playing and running around every time I walk out the door. The apartment constantly has to keep lowering their rent prices because no one wants to live here, and that's evident by the ghetto people that are starting to infest the place. I only moved here because I needed a one bedroom apartment, and there were no more available at the time. (By the way, they charged me $635 for a 283 square foot apartment!) I don't know how many times I have seen vehicles get broken into, maybe because there is no type of security here what so ever. The Reserve has the worst reputation of all of the college apartments in Lubbock, and I would not advise any one to waste their time or money in this dump.
