Could not pay me a million dollars to live there again

My experience at The Reserve was nothing short of horrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the moment I moved in. The manager acts like she is too busy for your problem and tries to make it seem like it is never the apartments fault.

They mow the grass promptly at 6am and refuse to mow later even after a large petition was signed and given to the management.

The repairmen are rude, slow to look at problems, even slower to fix them and they usually don't fix them correctly until the 3rd try. When my apartment was broken into during Thanksgiving, it took them two days to even get a new door in, another month to actually fix the door so it would close correctly and until after Easter to repair the moulding around it so it didn't look like trash. They also do not tell you they are coming and do not leave a note to tell you they were in your place if you were gone. One refused to put out his cigarette while working in my apartment.

They did not notify me they planned to pain my kitchen. I came home to find every appliance, dish, pot, utensil etc thrown into my living room. It then took them another two days to let it dry and put the appliances back. They didn't turn off the water spigot to the ice maker and my kitchen floor was covered with water. They also put everything back crooked.

The staff acts like they are too busy to come look at a broken refrigerator but they will drive around looking to see if anybody has thrown cigarette butts on the lawn.

The office staff acts like you bother them for even the easiest of tasks. They roll their eyes if you ask if the UPS man has come yet. One office worker tries to make you feel stupid when you talk to him. One time I went to complain about some poor repair work and told me to leave because I had a bad attitude. Another insists on addressing you as either "holmes" or "buddy" even after politely asking him to stop.

The furniture is worn, the carpet dirty and the entire apartment is full of evidence they don't take care of it. The last people to live in my apartment put the 3M removable adhesive hooks on the bathroom door. Instead of taking them down the apartment painted over them so now they are permanent.

The door they installed at my place was horrible. Leaves blew under it all the time, makes my apartment look messy. I asked them to fix it dozens of times and they never did.

This place is a prison in disguise. I have never met a person who lived there and didn't hate it, or somebody who renewed their contract. They lure you in with cheap rent then make you regret it with bad service.
