Being homeless might be better

If somebody burned that place down to the ground and let homeless make a camp, that camp would be run better than the Reserve. It is horrible, absolutely horrible. Living with eight people in a prison cell might be better.
First off, MY APARTMENT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO TWICE IN THE 10 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN THERE! The manager (horrible) doesn t seem to think it is anything to worry about. She also doesn t think getting my door repaired is a high priority. With any repair issue, large or small, they refuse to give any sort of concrete time estimate. What time will the repair people be there' How long will it take' Will you call me if I am not there' These are all valid questions, yet the refuse to answer. The first time they broke it the just replaced the doorjamb, with a warped piece of wood. It was a piece of trash. They also left my apartment a mess and did not repair the part of the wall until months later.
They put me in a back corner with few lights and a door that a strong wind will blow open, they do not allow you to take any more security measures but they also claim they have no part in your safety.
They have gates that they refuse to close unless UT is in town playing. They do not have time to pick up all the trash blowing around the place but they do have time to drive around in their golf cart to see if you have left trash on your balcony.
The management is inept in every possible way. If you crossed the DPS slowness and a late night fast food clerk s level of incompetence you might begin to understand. The manager treats you rudely then says you treat her badly. She told me to shut up and hung up on me. The rest of the office staff acts like you are an idiot and wasting their time. They don t have answers to your questions and tell you to come back when they aren t busy, even if there is nobody else in the office. The repairmen are all rude, work slowly and it usually takes them a few times to get the job right. The repairmen also all look like criminals. They leave your place a mess when the do repairs.
It would not wish this place on anybody except terrorists. Terrorists might be the only people who should be made to suffer through a year at this complex. They lure you in with cheap rates, then provide nothing except a few pool parties to cover a horrible experience. Live somewhere else. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE
