The apartments looks nice and the location is good. Of course my daughter has not seen the interior of her apartment yet. When she applied she was assured that her third floor request would be honored. She was looking for a relatively quiet unit. She has been placed on the second floor in the noisiest spot in the entire complex.
I'm beginning to think the comments in this report are accurate.
We haven't even moved in and we are disappointed.

The same thing is happening to me! I requested and was told that I would be on the first floor yet I got stuck on the second floor near the pool!!! I have called and complained but all I get in response is "we are with customers can I call you back?" (which still no phone call!) or "well that's all we have at this time." I want out of my contract so bad and I have not moved in yet!!!
