I forgot to mention that that some one was stabbed last year in the complex and that three people training for Ultimate Fighting Championship got drunk and beat the hell out of another tenant after they stole his keg. Theft here is extremely high. People steal things off of your balcony regularly, and you are guaranteed to have your car broken in to.
