This place is horrible, trashy and disgusting. The only reason there isn't a rat infestation is because even they wouldn't live here. I'm not sure what attributes more to the trash here, the used cigarette buildup from the manager's, puff-the-magic-dragon Tammy, carton a day habit or the months worth of garbage that accumulates before maintenance finds it obligatory to pick it up, only because they're golf carts aren't able to plow through it anymore. Tammy is one of the biggest ----- I have ever met in my life and she is utterly disgusting!!!!! You can hear her nasty ass cough from a mile away due to all that cigarette smoking. She also rides around in the stupid little golf cart with the douche bag Greg instead of doing their effin job. Which I may add that Greg use to be the maintenance guy and got moved to accountant. Strange since the whole apartment complex knows how he came to get that position due to the fact that they have a different type of relationship than just business if you know what I mean!!!! I know I would want a qualified accountant taking my money for rent each month not some guy that looks like he just got released from prison and that his last position was fixing broken appliances in this ---- hole of a complex. All I know is that this place tries to reel you in with the cheap price but in the end they screw you big time. They have a ------ manager, ------ apartments, ------ everything. F*** The Reserve and stay away to all who think the price is right cause I'd rather live with crack whores in a homeless shelter than to ever live in a Hell Hole like The Reserve!!!!!

in total agreement...we had the same problems with tammy...she called me a liar, let our apartment flood because it wasn't an emergency,and made false promises...and yes those two are sleeping around in the vacant apartments...

i totally agree with you on all of this. I didn't understand until i had spent 10 min yelling at Tammy on day. She is the most disgusting human being I have ever met. I wish I had know how bad this place was before I moved in.
